This watercolor i painted 15 years ago . it is a 28X38 cm on watercolor paper. an Israeli  landscape. of mountains, trees, and a Cypress which is very common to israel and the mideast landscapes. in landscape painting you should give your self the freedom to create it the way you want rather to adhere to the realistic view. it should be minimal in the use of colors, using the white of the paper as color. watercolors are hard to paint since they are not to be corrected. like chess, you made your move. however this the technique i love the most. 

את ציור צבעי המים הזה עשיתי בערך לפני 15 שנה. נוף ישראלי של הרים ועצים , ברוש שהוא מאד שכיח בישראל ובמזרח התיכון. בציור נוף אתה צריך לתת לעצמך את החופש ליצור באופן שאתה רוצה יותר מאשר להצמד למראה ראליסטי. זה יכול להיות באמצעות שימוש מינימלי בצבעים, להשתמש בלבן של הדף כצבע. צבעי מים הם קשים לציור שכן אין יכולת לתקנם. כמו בשחמט, נגעת נסעת ואין חזרה. אולם את הטכניקה הזו אני אוהב הכי .
