Creativity is causation. it is a flow of energy you produce from your inner world by imagination and ideas of aesthtic value , which you produce on canvas , paper or scuplture, poetry and more. if you have the talent and you can do it with high enough quality it will be accpeted by others as art. however you may not need their agreament. its up to you to define it in the first place. this watercolor is 36X55 cm on cotton paper 300 grams. done in 2022 and it shows my impression on sun going down on city.
